Grand Re-opening
We are now under new management. Fukawi was a great leader and I hope we can keep him on as long as he wants to. Now I, ShadowBranch, have taken the lead to keep this project going. Why am I doing this? I run ArchServer on 3 production environments at work, I love tinkering with linux and I love this project. I was one of the first to sign on and participated heavily in the beginning. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to spend as much time on the project as I'd like. I've had a kid and a promotion at work and that just makes life tough. My job has calmed down now and my kid is now nearly 3 and seems to no longer need me around all the time. It seems I now have free time again so it's time to keep this project going and get an official release of Redgum done. I plan to fast-track it's development based on my current experience utilizing it in a production environment.
A few notes on the websites. I haven't changed anything and I don't plan to. But you may notice glitches with certain pages being offline. I've finished the major migration of the site to the new, ArchServer Powered, servers and will continue to finish up the migration soon. I should have the rsyncs and git repos back up within 24 hours and the download repos are already up. Mirrorbrain has not been set back up but should be within 48 hours. Mailing lists will be up soon. If you no longer wish to be a mirror, please let me know.
Well, that's all I have to say for now. Welcome back everyone and lets have some fun!
